I recently acquired a CDMA phone that has Internet access activated onto it. Unfortunately the setup instruction for connecting through a computer is for windows machine only. I’ve contacted the telco but there seem to be nothing they can do about it. So I’m hereby soliciting for help on how I can setup my Ubuntu 7.10 installed Hp dv2000 laptop to be able to connect to the Internet via my CDMA phone using usb port. I’ve attempted to edit the wvdial.conf file to no avail. Thank you all for your anticipated help.
