Setting Up Network Printer

I’ve just secured a HP Laserjet 4050 to server as a network printer in my office. The touble for me is that, I’ve used to share printers attached directly to a particular printer but in this case I will like to attched it on a RJ-45 connection point. What steps I’m I to take so that, it can be seen by the server and and the other workstations print on it through the server

My operating server platform is Win 2000
