Setting up NT

I am Trying to set up Win NT to run on a machine with scsi drives, the problem is when the first portion of set up is over and we are bout to complete the GUI portion of set up, the machine crashes with a stop error ******(IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)
Ihave reconfigured the hardware, removed the other network cards but it keeps coming. The machine has threeDrives should i take out the two.
