first of all id like to point out how really helpful your site is to every one in the IT industry. Im a recent graduate and i have been given the task of setting up a new IT department for a relatively new governmental organisation that would act as a regulatory body in the Finance Ministry. This means everything from procurement to drafting of an all inclusive IT policy. The organisation is small for now with about 100 staff members. I know this is a very vague explaination of my situation, but i would really appriciate any assistance even if its just a general outlay of what to consider in putting everything in place.
