Setting up Script files to update time

I need to set up some type of script file so that all the PCs on my network will have the same time. I know what to put on the script file so that all the PC’s synchronize to the server time but I am not sure on how to set it up so that the script file will run on the individual PCs everytime someone logs on. Can anyone help me?
