I’m selling custom designed postcards. My initial
catalog includes 100 different designs. I plan to sell
them as follows:
Plan A consists of 250 cards of any one design
for a set price.
Plan B consists of 500 cards
Plan C consists of 1000 cards
Plan D consists of 1500 cards
Plans b,c, and d would allow the customer to choose
from the catalog of designs in counts of 50 (i.e., b would
be 50 each of 10 different designs, etc…) and each
would be for a different set price.
If it’s possible, what would be the best way to set up a
shopping cart for this type of business?
My idea is to “open or start” a shopping cart for each
plan that would allow the customer to add items by 50
until the minimum required quantities for each plan
were met and then the client would be able to “check
out” from the cart for the preset dollar amount of the
plan.
Any thoughts, anyone?
