Is it possible to take a computer from one store, (this is a secondary work station), and move it to another location, and still have it communicate with the main system at the home office. The type of system installed has three stations, with one station as the main one. They other two work off the main one. I no longer use this one station so I thought I could put it in my other store. If not, can I connect it up, and have it pop the register drawer open,etc.. and program the same functions into it as the main one, instead of part of a network. I want to computerize my register, I am losing money trying to have every thing done bhy hand. Any suggestions would help at this point.
