Hello, I have an hp compaq nx7400 running xp sp2. Yesterday i installed PGP encryption did a reboot and now windoes will not boot. After i put in the pgp password i get “press F11 for Recovery” Thats as far as it goes. So i put in the xp install disk to go to the recovery console i press R then i get the following message “Setup did not find any hard disk drive installed in your computer” I get that also when i try press enter to do a clean install. I have ran a diagnostic for the hard drive through the bios and it passes. i have also removed the hard drive and put it back in. I believe PGP has nothing to do with the problem.
