I’m planning to setup a medium conference room which will be used for virtual meetings. Given that I have a very tight budget and easy to assessed by everyone.

Therefore, I would like to seek your view weather the following setup will work.

    1. A universal docking station which connect to my laptop will be project out to a monitor and projector simultaneously.
    2. A set of speaker to connect to the docking station.
    3. A set of microphones to connect to the docking station (might increase the quantity in future).

      Hi,
Yes, if you are tight on budget then this setup would really work for you. In addition to this, you can add a few more things i.e.
      1. put any light or any glowing object such as lamp in your house, computer screen or any light bulb in the right place of your camera.
      2. Take care of the background, as it’s going to matter the most.
      3. Make sure to test the sound input of your microphone. If you have a MAC system then you can check the sound by going to System Preferences > Sound > Input to testify the levels and make sure that they are directly controllable by your device.
