setup problem from upgrading win95/win98

here i am again you guys still trying to upgade from win95 to 98 blahhhhhhh…anyway ive got through to the actual set up window but it gives me the error message(setup su995035) an invalid command was specified( i put setup win98) check command or type setup /? im lost as to how to get this win98 on this comp sheeeesh….what am i doing wrong? and can i have a step by step with all commands as if you were typing them yourself pleaseeeeeeeeeee…i just want to make sure im doing everything right as to not waste your time either any help would be appreciated thankyou…
