Setup trust

How do you setup a trust between two networks with 192.168.1.0 & 192.168.4.0 subnets. Do I need to have the same administrative accounts on each or what. What is the step by step particulars.

Both the subnets have their own AD. I need to trust these DomainA.com and DomainB.com .
I can ping by IP and name from domainA.com DC to
domainB.com DC but I can only ping by ip from domainB.com DC to DomainA.com DC.

Anyway, any help and suggestions are most welcome.

To setup the trust, you must have DNS replication setup on both subnets or at least forward zones setup. once you can ping both domains by name, go to your AD sites and services console and right click on each domain. from there you will select properties and their will be a trusts tab. you just need to specify a password, make note of it, because you will use the same password when you perform the same steps on the other domain. there are two sections, one trusting, the other trusted. as long as the passwords are in sync, you will get a confirmation when you setup the trust.

Thanks a lot. I was able to setup secondary zones and that helped.
