I have 2 Dell Latitude D600’s. I can go into setup and change or wipe out the hard-drive password without a problem on one of the pc’s. When I go into setup of the second pc, I try to arrow down to the hard-drive password, but it skips over the password field and doesn’t allow me to change it. Why would these two systems behave differently and how do I fix this?
