setup.exe

I’m trying to install Symantec antivirus for gateway and mail servers on Win2k Exchange Server. I can’t get it to start the setup.exe for it. The hour glass comes on and then disappears like nothing happened. I tried other programs using their setup file and it works fine. I tried using the symantec disk on another server and the setup starts up fine. Help me.
