Shading Alternate Lines When Filters Are In Place

I have shaded the alternate lines in my spreadsheet by using the conditional formatting option and putting in the formula =mod(row(),2)=0, and it works great! The problem I have is that I have filters on all of my columns and when I activate the filters that I want, the highlighting doesn’t alternate. It stays the way that it would be highlighting on the entire sheet. Is there any formula or macro that I can use in order to fix this so that when using the filter option, the lines will come up alternately highlighted? HELP!!
