Shadowing in Citrix

Is there a way to give shadowing rights to a user who is not an Admin? If there is, how?

You can make users Account Operators, or Server operators, or go tot he User Manager, Policy Menu and User Rights to "fine tune" the rights for individual users.

I have only worked with MetaFrame, but here are my experiences:
If you go to the Citrix Control Manager which controls the type of connections that can be established (i.e. TCPIP IPX) and change the permissions on the connection.
Add a user or agroup and give that person permissions to shadow. It only works with ICA based connections only. I do this all the time for the Help desk personnel.
