Most definatley. Some more info is needed. What OS are you using? How is the printer connected.

I misread the question, I thought you were wanting to share one printer with two computers. Sorry.

you can hook up 2 printers on 1 pc, cons are you have to switch printers to which ever one you want to use, but why two printers? are you homenetworking?

I am unsure of what the real question is, do you want to use 2 printers from the same port? Or do you want to have 2 printers shared to other systems and always available (using 2 ports).

For the first, yes a switchbox can be used to switch between 2 printers sharing 1 port. But only 1 printer is available at any given time.

With the second, yes, you can share out 2 different printers over your network, that are connected to 1 PC. If used with a switchbox, only 1 is avail at any given time. If they are both connected (without a switch), then both will be available whenever your system is up and running (and the spooler is running).

But, if you want to, you can also get a print server, to keep both printers available to all systems. This will mean that both printers will be available even when any system is shut down (with exception to a powerout or network issue).

As well as using a switch to change printers there are PCI cards with extra printer ports available so you can access both printers without needing to actually switch between them. If they are USB connected you can run as many Printers as you have disk space If I remember correctly you can stack 128 USB devices onto each USB Port so in theory you could have every USB port on your M'Board connected to 128 printers through a series of hubs but honestly that would just be over kill and most likely you'd need a heap of HDD space to allow for all the drivers that you would have to install and I don't think that there are that many different models of printers actually available.
