how can I put an application(for example ACCESS 2000) in a share folder(in a network environment)so that everyone can use it, instead of installing application on every computer in the network?

The short answer is that you can't!

Windows programs like access need to have registry entries made on the client computer.

But one way of doing this is to use something like Citrix or Metaframe that lets you install the program on the Citrix server and the clients connect to the server as a terminal much like a Unix system. Then the program is run on the server and nothing needs to be installed on the client computers.

Microsoft Terminal Server can also do this.

If you're going to use Metaframe (which is a Citrix product), you'll still need to install the Citrix client software on every machine.
