Download.com is offering FolderShare 2.1.1, a collaboration tool that allow you to share files with peers. The software, by ByteTaxi, is compatible with Windows 98/Me/NT/2000/XP and allows small business file-sharing between one or more offices. It works transparently over both WANs and LANs as it monitors your file system for changed files. When a file change has been detected within the FolderShare Library, the program replicates the file to all connected servers or desktops.
