shared calendar for small company

By 28 ·
About 15 users at a small company, all use Microsoft Outlook using a regular POP server.

What is the best way to have them share Microsoft Outlook calendars?

Note: Company does not have NT server.

What network topology?

Are you using a server-centric network or a peer to peer environment? It should be possible to share address books without a server, but I don't know about the level of security you will get out of it. I am not too familiar with Outlook, but I do know that Novell's GroupWise allows for addressbook and calendar sharing, but it does require a server to run, either Netware or NT. YES, GroupWise runs on an NT platform (server and client), contrary to what Microshit wants people to believe.

Microsoft and Slipstick

Microsoft has some ideas about this. Go to the main site, then look under Information for IT Professionals. You'll need to poke around the site, doing some searches in TechNet online.

Another GREAT resource for Outlook is www.SlipStick.com. They can help you with pointers to information. I know I've seen articles about doing this, I just can't recall where.
