Shared diarys

Is it possible for users using outlooks diary function to update each others diarys? Basically we need users to be able to update the boss’s diary from their own PC’s. I know you can do the schedule meeting thing, but he needs to accept the meeting, doesn’t he?

We have an exchange 2000 server and clients runing office 97, 2000 and XP. Can this be done?

Another minor problem we have is – How do you add people to the global address list? Is it possible to do this with people that don’t have a local account on the exchange server?
