    Shared local printers over Remote Desktop

    Good afternoon. the quick and dirty of it is we have users remoting into a server to use a piece of software (Viewpoint if you’re familiar with it). They have local shared printers that we connect to from the server to allow printing. (Run \\computername\ > right click printer > connect) Lately we’ve had a couple users who are getting a message telling them they don’t have sufficient security privileges. This only happens on some users, not others. I took one, and, just to get it to connect, gave them full domain admin, local admin to both the server and their computer, and still, nothing. usually I can think my way through these things, but this just isn’t making any sense to me at all.
