Sharing a calender

We have exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2000/W2K clients. How do I allow one client to let other clients view their calender? In Outlook, I can see a permissions tab from folder properties. I also have network administrator rights. Other users don’t have a permisions tab using folder properties.
