Sharing an Internet Connection on 2000

By fritzcl ·
I have setup an Windows 2000 Server. I use an internal ISDN Adapter to connect to internet. I want clients to use this connection to connect to the internet via Windows 2000 Server. The problem I am having is that the ISDN modem dials out automatic randomly. I have setup routing and remote access. Every time the ISDN modem dials out, I have to pay for that call. Can anyone tell me how to setup the 2000 server so that it only dials out when an client tries to browse the internet using Internet Explorer. My other problem is to keep the connection to the internet open on weekend for about 72 hours without dropping the connection once but to disconnect automatically on an certain time on Monday morning even if there are still traffic.
Thanks
