Sharing Drives

I’m having trouble sharing any of the drives on my domain controller. I can’t open the properties to get to sharing tab. I all ready have a few drives that are shared and are working fine. I just created a new volume to house Office 2000 as a distribution point and need to share it. I not sure if this is a group policy issue or something in the OS I haven’t seen before. Everything else seems to be working fine. I do have zone alarm up but I don’t seem to be having trouble with it.
