Sharing IE6 Favourite folder for Win9x/Win2K

I’m dual booting Win98 and Win2K, is there anyway to make Win9x/Win2K to share the same favourite folder of Internet Explorer?

I just want to make sure the contents in the favourite folders of both IE are the same.
