Sharing in OL2K without MS Postoffice

I would like to find a solution other than using Net share folders in Outlook 2000, since Netshare folders has not been reliable.

I have tried 4Team with Outlook 2002, but in this case it wouldn’t work because they are using Outlook 2000, which is not supported.

Some suggestions that are lan based where the users have personal folders and are using POP3 to get their e-mail would be great.
