sharing incoming mail.

I have 10 users client which they must use one inbox for their email and they are using outlook 2000 with a PST file resided in the server.

Every time a user wants to open outlook to send or receive mail, must make sure no one has the outlook open.

They like to be able to check the mail more than one user at the same time and all the user have access to the same in box.

Does MS Exchange meet the request? Or any solution?
