Sharing Tab

I am unable to share my C drive since the sharing tab does not appear when I right click the “C” drive. I removed all the network configuration and reconfigured including the share my files and printers option in the Network Neighborhood console.ThePC is IBM 300 gl,has win 98 second edition.
