Sharing VSAT Interent connection on LAN

I have a 128x128kbps vsat connection to my server, i can browse thru it. i install a proxy server to share to the other workstation, i have two nic on the server. yet the workstation will not brows. I loggon to the server, but will now brows. IP to VSAT:

On the other workstations, do you have the proxy setting configured in Internet Explorer or Netscape?

To set in IE:
- Click Tools
- Internet Options
- Connections
- Lan Settings (button on the bottom)
- Check the box that says use Proxy Server.
- Type your Server address in the box, and the port the proxy server is using in the port box (usually 8080).
- Click OK then OK
- Try to surf from the workstation.

All this was done but later i discovered that i have to remove the gateway IP address on the second NIC for internal network. that was the only problem
