In a public library evironment, I am using system policies to restrict desktop icons from displaying for public users of our networked internet PCs (WinNT 4.0). However, I just installed a new program (EpixTech Pac for Windows), which when it closes, puts all the deafult icons (e.g. My Computer, Recycle, etc.) back on the desktop. How does it override my system policy? Can I prevent this?
