So, I just noticed my letterhead printer was jammed because the screen in my office popped up and said so. I went out to the copyroom to clear it. Lo and behold, the copy machine repairman was out there and as I couldn’t get directly to the printer without him moving, I introduced myself. About 1 second before the actual handshake I was struck by a bolt of lightning strong enough to strip the top out of a goodly Bansai tree and it was then I noticed his wool socks and sweater….. So, I’m wondering, (especially in light of the article on the damage inflicted by magnetic screwdrivers a while ago here), does anyone have difficulty with people understanding that wearing loads of winter wool while shuffling on carpet may not be the best things for working on mainboards etc. or are the new chips so solid now that they shrug off these extra electrons with ease making this a non-issue?
