We recently went to a Shoretel system and are in the process of installing Communicator on everyone’s workstations. We have a number of users who want a speed dial list created (that they can access via the Speed Dial soft key that is visible when you press the Directory button on the phone). Unfortunately we have found that our attempts to create Speed Dial lists will not hold. Once a user logs out, the list in their Communicator is completely gone. We have also noticed that on their phones the Speed Dial soft key is grayed out and unable to be used. Does anyone have any solutions to this or suggestions what to try?
