Shortcut Keys available for macros?

Does anyone know of a list of the shortcut key combinations that would be available for use with macros in Office? For example, if I set up a macro in Word to print the current page, I wouldn’t want to use “Ctrl-C” as the macro shortcut key–because “Ctrl-C” is already used for copying. I would be interested in a list of the shortcuts I “could” use.

(I would prefer to use shortcut keys for my macros vs. adding buttons to toolbars.)
