I’ve been offered a job as a technology facilitator by one of the local elementary schools. The pay is very low, as it is technically a teacher assistant position. From a career enhancement standpoint, would it be better for me to accept or turn down this offer? I am WAY overqualified for it, but have had no other nibbles in the job market lately.
