Should medical be free to any and everyone?

If I were to go to Canada or the UK, would I get free operations if needed? If I were illegally in those countries, would I still get free costly treatment?

The linked article is about an illegal alien who is looking at her FOURTH free transplant. Transplants and follow up are reported to run well over 400k.

With US citizens in line for transplants, and MANY not able to pay the fee, why are we wasting the organs and money on other countries citizens?

Isn’t it time we work to take care of our own before we worry about taking care of everyone else?

Am I in favor of anyone dying from anything? No.
Do I think that WE should take care of OUR citizens first, ALWAYS? Yes.
