Should religion be in the workplace?

Should fanatical religious people in management positions be allowed to use their “faith” to administrate people and technology?

Personally, I am not a religious person and would say I am down right atheistic in my beliefs, but some religious fanatics I work with equate faith in a god with ethics. I do not see it this way. I think my ethics are just as high if not higher than some of these if not all of these religious fanatics? ethics.

I just found out I am being second guessed by my bosses IT friend who goes to church with him. I find this very disturbing. I have the ability to do this job and have been doing it long before this guy became my boss.

It?s to the point now where I can?t go out to lunch with him and other people in the company due to the fact that they make such a scene at the restaurant when they say ?grace? before they eat. I mean they are loud. They make other people uncomfortable and I am one of them.

I am all for freedom of religion, but I think they should keep at home. Personally, I do not want to hear this superstitious drivel. I never speak of or try and “convert” these people to my views, I expect the same in return.
