Should taxpayers pay your mortgage??

Should US taxpayers foot the bill for those caught up in the foreclosure mess?? I don’t think so.. The US economy is supported 85% by the middle class and should not have to bear the burden for those who over extended themselves just to get in a home three years ago and now can’t afford to stay. Too many of those middle class folks can’t afford a home themselves, why should they now support those who jumped in and can’t afford to stay. And another point, should non-citizens be allowed to buy property/homes in the US?
