Show full menu of site in header of mobile not toggle

I have designed a website for my client. Problem is that the toggle that I didn’t want. I want 3 pages linked as they all shows on header on the desktop. I haved used Kadence theme and Kadence page builder. Let me clarify again my question,

Need experts suggestions, I have tried YouTube and other forum as well.

If you can’t solve this yourself, hire someone who can. He might be willing to learn you how to do it also.
