User running HP tc4400 laptop is getting a shutdown error;
Windows – Application Error
The instruction at “0x7c9105f8” referenced memory at “0x00000010”. The memory could not be “read”.
I have checked the event viewer and got the following;

The program could not load a driver because the program user does’nt have sufficent privileges to access the driver or because the driver is missing or corrupt.
Any help or clues or new idea would be much appreciated this has been giving me a headache for a week now.
