Shutdown issues with NAV CE

After installing Norton Antiv-virus Corporate Edition 7.5 several months ago, I’ve been having problems with Windows 9x machines not shutting down properly.

I’ve installed the shutdown patch on the Windows 98 SE machines, but doesn’t seem to havehelped.

Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?
