Shutdown issues with NAV CE

By jason ·
After installing Norton Antiv-virus Corporate Edition 7.5 several months ago, I've been having problems with Windows 9x machines not shutting down properly.

I've installed the shutdown patch on the Windows 98 SE machines, but doesn't seem to havehelped.

Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?

Thanks, Jason

Shutdown issues with NAV CE

Hi,

Here is a link to quite a good site describing the problems with Win98 shutting down. It mentions the NAV fix so maybe there is something there you haven't seen before?!?

http://www.aumha.org/a/shutdown.htm

Besides, it may actually be something else causing the problem...

Hope it helps,
Cheers,
Tim.
