shuts down prematurly

I have an E-machine (I know) that shuts down on its own whenever. I could be logging onto the internet (56K modem) or just playing sol. I have run all of the dionostics that I know of and it still has the problem. This computer only has 32 megs ofram but I am not getting an error
If anyone has an Idea I would be thankful
