My Avaya 4625SW is giving a signalling error (Error code 2011), this is after installing a Juniper SSG 550 Firewall in my network and have seprated the phones from the media server using the firewall in between, this problem is with this phone only whereas phones from same series 4620 and 4621 phones are working fine. Is this something related to the firewall or what and how can i solve this.
I searched the Avaya Support site but was unable to find the error codes for the same .
Please Help….
