Hi,
Is there a procedure for creating a signature file to be used by many Outlook users? Like the e-mail disclaimer automatically placed below every clients e-mail. We have about 200+ Outlook users and we cannot configure every workstation to have auto signature file. Can we do this in our Exchange server?
