I’m having a problem with a Topaz LCD Siglite 1×5 T-L460-HSB signature pad. When someone signs thier signature, it doesn’t display properly inour forms. I’m on the lates drivers (dowloaded this morning). Any ideas of what to check next??

Plugged in USB
Using Information Technologies Premier Platform (banking product)
I’ve contacted support and everything checks out as installed correct. Now I’m checking with the experts.
