My customer has two separate email addresses for his two business. I have shown him how to select the “from address” when he sends new messages and he has no problem with that. He now wants to be able to include a “signature” at the bottom of each of his messages. This template should show his name, his business name, his telephone number, his email and website address. His colleague has apparently been able to set this up for him but he wants two different “signatures” which will contain different info depending on which of his two email addresses he is sending from. Apparently he needs to be able to separate one set of customers from his others. Really two templates, one for each address. It must be very simple to use because he has no computing skills and has “neither time nor inclination to learn”!
Can this be done in Outlook Express (his preferred method or Outlook if he has to)?
