We are having issues with 4 silex sx-200 print servers loosing its wireless signal no matter what location we are at.
this ends up causing problems with docs being left in the queue.
the printer and print server are approx 40 feet away from each other.
when I have the printer and print server approx 6 ft from each other I get a signal strength anywhere from 27% to 87%.
Is there a known issue with these print servers and its signal strength?
if there is , is there a fix? does it need a firmware upgrade?
your help would be appreciated
