I have a couple of simple solutions that would stop DDoS attacks, DOS attacks, worms, viruses, and spam:
Firing squads for the offenders and banishing from the Internet any ISP that didn’t cooperate with tracking down the culprits, along with life sentences for their CEOs and any employees involved for obstruction of justice.
If we aren’t going to get serious about these problems, then why bother whining about them?
