Simple Win2000 to WinMe Network

I have networked a WinMe and Win2000 system. I am only a little familiar with Win2000 so I think I may need some help. I have them both attached to a hub/switch and have green lights. My win2000 cpu can see my winMe cpu but when I double click onit – I cannot access the cpu. I am familiar with network settings so I know that they are both on the same domain and are running netbuei and tc/pi. My winMe machine cannot see the Win2000 CPU.
