Simutaneous Nortel Contivity VPN and pcAnywhere connections?

by socalcubbie23 . Updated 18 years, 11 months ago

Hi folks! First time poster, long term reader.
I have an owner whom is out in the field quite a bit. She wishes to log into a PC located in my office that is connected via VPN Contivity client to a remote server.

First question: is this even possible?

Second (if yes on the above): how can that be done?

She can manage to connect with pcAnywhere (ver 11.0.1)to the office computer, but the connection is dropped shortly thereafter. Also, I do not have all the facts as to why she can not remote to the other office server via pcanywhere or remote desktop, although I think that is the best solution. We do so for many clients right now.

I wish I knew if this is enough information, but I can fill in the gaps if necessary. Thanks in advance for any help or information you can provide.
