Singapore Colocation vs Hong Kong Colocation

Hi,

My company is thinking about establishing a point of presence in Asia Pacific.
Hong kong & Singapore are the two prospective locations.
we would be connecting it to our locations in India, Australia, USA and Manila.

Could you guys throw in some facts about pros and cons of a colo in either of these locations.
